​ He hails from Obosi, Idemili North LGA of Anambra state. Born on 20th August 1962, he attended St. Mary's Primary School, Obosi, Oraifite Grammar School before he furthered his education at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) where he studied economics and graduated in 1987.  He was featured in numerous movies while he was alive.  Muonagor battled with kidney disease, diabetes, and Stroke for a few months before his demise.
